RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Return any unused appliance within 30 days of delivery if it’s in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Contact contact@applianceexperts.us to start. Approved returns must ship within 14 days to 185 Florida 436, Fern Park, FL 32730, USA.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Email contact@applianceexperts.us with order number and reason.

2. Receive return authorization and instructions.

3. You pay return shipping unless defective.

REFUND PROCESS

Refunds to original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Initial shipping fees non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Report within 7 days of delivery with photos to contact@applianceexperts.us. 1-year warranty covers defects — refund, replacement, or repair at our discretion, free return shipping for valid claims. No coverage for misuse or wear.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Used, missing parts, or damaged packaging = not eligible unless defective. Non-compliant returns shipped back at your cost.
